It just so happened that I was in the most romantic city in the world on valentines day. Without my boyfriend! Obviously he couldnt have been there due to the trip being with uni but the irony was not lost on me.
From the morning into the early afternoon was spent at Premier Vision which is 'the worl'd premier fabric show'. It is very (very) basically a huge exhibition centre where everyone from all different areas of textile production and manufacture go to do business and sell their products.
It was the main reason for our whole trip and I am really glad I got to see all of the trend information and fabric and colour predictions for 2014/15.
They are incredibly strict on the no photo policy so unfortunately I came away with no snaps.
The rest of the day we spent wandering about (in the rain) starting at Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur going via the Moulin Rouge and ending at the Eiffel Tower.
It was a long day but I made sure there where plenty of stops for food along the way. And when I say food I mean cakes and pastries.
I have my priorities!
